B. Anne Crilley is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney. Ms. Crilley is a 2003 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where she was a research editor for the Law Review. She was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Employment Discrimination. Before attending law school, Ms. Crilley received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Duquesne University with a double major in Communications and English with an emphasis on writing. Ms. Crilley concentrates her practice in the representation of national corporations, insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers in the area of workers' compensation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She has provided representation to clients in matters before Workers' Compensation Judges, the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before joining Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, Ms. Crilley was an associate with Elderkin, Martin, Kelly & Messina, in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she appeared before the Erie County Court of Common Pleas. Ms. Crilley is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia Superior Court and Court of Appeals.
