Patrick J. Doheny is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, LLC. His practice focuses on civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage and bad faith, commercial litigation, premises liability and employment law. Mr. Doheny has served as lead trial and appellate counsel in various premises liability, product liability, insurance coverage and warranty cases. He has represented small and large corporations, production companies, insurance companies, retailers and government entities in all manner of civil actions. Mr. Doheny also has extensive experience defending international firearms and automobile manufacturers in complex product liability and breach of warranty cases.

Mr. Doheny is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Southern District of West Virginia.

Mr. Doheny received his J.D. in 2000 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society recognizing excellence in brief writing and oral advocacy. He received a B.A. in 1997 from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Government and International Studies.
